Forest3 Design Pte Ltd ("Forest3", "we") respects your privacy and handles personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). This policy explains what we collect through this website and our enquiry channels, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Details you give us in our enquiry form, by WhatsApp or by email: name, company, role, phone, email, site location, project details, and any photos, drawings or links you share.
- Basic, anonymous website usage statistics (for example pages visited), used to improve the site.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, recommend suitable solutions, prepare quotations and arrange site assessments.
- To carry out and support your project, including installation, handover and after-sales care.
- To follow up on your enquiry or quotation. We will only send marketing messages if you agree to receive them.
Who we share it with
Only with people who need it to serve you: our team, our in-house installation team TWJ Painting Services, and service providers who help us run our business (for example website hosting, messaging and accounting systems), under confidentiality. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and project records for as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal, accounting and warranty requirements, then delete or anonymise them.
Your choices
You may ask to access or correct your personal data, or withdraw your consent for us to use it, at any time. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer respond to your enquiry or carry out your project.
