1. About these terms
These Terms of Use apply to your use of forest3design.com (the "website"), operated by Forest3 Design Pte Ltd (UEN 201328562M), 62 Ubi Road 1, #10-15 Oxley Bizhub 2, Singapore 408734 ("Forest3", "we", "us"). TWJ Painting Services is Forest3's in-house installation team.
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Information on this website
The content on this website is general information about our products, services and past projects. It is not professional, technical or engineering advice for your specific site.
Product suitability, installation method and final specification are subject to site assessment and final quotation. Results depend on site conditions, the existing surface, lighting, usage and maintenance.
We work to keep information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that every detail is complete, current or error-free. Product details, specifications and availability may change without notice.
3. Photos, videos and illustrations
Photos marked as Forest3 or TWJ projects show work we carried out. Some images are supplied by our product partners to show how a product works; these are labelled, for example "Smart film in use", and are not presented as Forest3 projects.
Colours and finishes may look different on screen. Hand-applied finishes such as limewash and textured paints vary from wall to wall. We recommend seeing samples, by appointment at our showroom, before you decide.
Client names and project photos are shown with permission or where the information is already public.
4. Prices, quotations and orders
Prices shown on this website (for example the ZETA Whiteboard Paint DIY kit) are indicative and may change. Delivery and other charges, where they apply, are confirmed when you order.
Information on this website is not an offer. A project goes ahead only on a written quotation accepted by you. Each quotation is governed by its own terms and by our Standard Terms and Conditions (F3DTC02), which are sent with every quotation. If anything on this website differs from your quotation, the quotation and its terms apply.
Warranty terms are set out in the warranty document for each product and the terms of your quotation, not on this website.
5. Enquiries and messages
When you contact us through the enquiry form, WhatsApp, email or social media, we use your details as described in our Privacy Policy.
Our WhatsApp line may be answered first by an automated assistant, which can share general information and collect your project details. A member of our team reviews every quotation; automated replies are not quotations or binding commitments.
Please do not send confidential, sensitive or third-party information that you do not have permission to share.
6. Intellectual property
The website content, including text, photos, videos, graphics, logos and layout, belongs to Forest3 or is used with permission from its owners. Forest3 Design, TWJ Painting Services and their logos are our trade names. Wryte, ZETA and other product names belong to their respective owners.
You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use, for example to discuss a project with your team. You may not copy, republish, sell or use our content, photos or project references for commercial purposes without our written permission.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, including by submitting false or misleading information, sending spam, attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or collecting data from it by automated means.
8. Links to other websites
This website may link to third-party websites and services, such as Google Maps, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or our online store. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.
9. Limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Forest3 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its content, including indirect or consequential loss, or any interruption, error or virus.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Singapore law. Our responsibility for products and work we supply is set out in your quotation, our Standard Terms and Conditions and the relevant warranty.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.
